What to Expect

Work typically occurs in three parallel tracks:

Borefield drilling (in parking lots or designated sites)

Installing the shared geothermal piping mains and service connections along streets

In‑home equipment conversions for participants

Traffic control and restoration timelines will be posted prior to work by block/segment.

Restoration Approach

Pavement, sidewalks, and landscaping disturbed by construction will be restored. In snow‑prone areas, final surface restoration may be scheduled for shoulder seasons as conditions allow.
